• 不搀和别人的闲言碎语，不要太多的八卦。
• 保持边界感，距离感，禁止掏心掏肺。
• 遇事不着急，宁可慢，不要出错。
• 韬光养晦，厚积薄发。
• 积极、礼貌、一问三不知。
• 感恩、感谢、但是对不起。
• 明白、理解、可是没办法。
• 永远不要把同事当朋友。
• 饿死不打亲戚工。

Relationship with manager

• Ensure compliance with company policies all the time, avoid showing up on management's radar to remind them that you are a trouble.
• Reduce dependence on management so they cannot weaponize it against you.
• Never clash with management or anyone in public.
