• Shortcuts

  • Ctrl + 1: Format Cells dialog box
  • Ctrl + SHIFT + [1 – 7]: Format the current cell (opens in a new tab)
  • Ctrl + PgUp/PgDown: Moving between worksheet tabs
  • Ctrl + Arrow Key: Move the cursor from its current location to the edge of the current data region in a worksheet
  • Ctrl + Alt + = / -: Zoom in / out
  • Ctrl + Shift, then scroll mouse wheel: Scroll horizontally
  • Ctrl + <tilde>: Show formula in cells
  • F9: Evaluate variables or formula in edit mode
  • Ctrl + F3: open Name Manager
  • Ctrl + Shift + F3: define name based on selection (one cell for name, and the othe cell for value)
